SDS Solutions, Inc announces the formation of an All Small, HUBZone Joint Venture with AAC, Inc
named AS Innovation, LLC (www.asinnovationllc.com). AS Innovation (ASI) specializes in IT
Operations, Software Development, Cloud & Virtualization Services, and Enterprise Infrastructure
Services. ASI has over 40+ years of combined Federal IT experience with the breadth and depth to
meet the Federal Government’s digital transformation initiatives. The Federal Government has a goal
of not less than 3% of the total value of all prime contracts and subcontract awards go to HUBZone
companies and ASI is well positioned to win prime and subcontract opportunities.
